10 precious days later, after having spent my days walking, sitting, standing and laying down in silence together with a bunch of other yogis, I feel fresh like the morning. Having breakfast early today at my lovely Guest House in Bodhgaya, (Tara Guesthouse), I was watching the sweetest squirrel looking for seeds just next to me. As dawn came and birds was heard I rushed to my appointment with Radha and the rest of the group. We where going to visit the Mahabodhi Temple of Bodhgaya and especially be blessed by the Bodhi tree. Its always such a powerful experience to enter that ancient temple where the Buddha himself sat under the tree 2600 years ago waking up to his True Nature. Buddhists from all over the world come here to meditate and pray. I rarely teach in English since I mainly teach in Sweden, so I am happy to be able to include the Dharma Talk I gave this retreat at the 10 day retreat. It is such an honor to be part of a situation like this, I really appreciate having been here with everybody. Listening to Radha Nicholsons way of teaching the Anapanasati sutta, the Buddhas early text on ”Mindfulness of breathing” is very powerful and clarifying. Thank you for the opportunity to teach in this setting. The kind Abbot of the Wat Thai Buddhist Temple was so very kind and blessed us all.
